Book Reviews

A book review should be a comprehensive description of the book based on evidence and examples.
Reviewers should avoid using such subjective expressions as likes and dislikes.

The description of the book is not enough to complete the review; reviewers also should take a critical stance to the book and should indicate the strength and weakness of the book.
Reviewers must begin with the full reference of the book, followed by the name of the author of the review, with affiliation or place of residence.

Due to the 2018 Ulakbim’s (TR Index) criteria, the reviews are sent to two referees. If necessary, the review may be sent to the third referee for the further evaluation.

The length of the reviews must be between 1000-1200 words.

Reviewers must show the regarding page number in parenthesis, e.g.: (20).
If an edited book is reviewed, it is not necessary to go into detail for each chapter, but overall assessment of the book is enough.
In the concluding paragraph, reviewers should indicate the contribution of the book to the field. They should also consider potential and probable audience of the book in the text.

The following information about reviewers must be added to the end of the review
• First name and surname of the author/authors
• Affiliated institution and title
• E-mail
• ORCIDs of all authors. This number can be obtained free of charge from http://www.orcid.org

Book reviews do not need an abstract. Reviews should be sent to the journal via Submit
