Open Access Policy

Open Access Start Date: 30-09-2022
Open Access refers to the practice of making publications freely available online with minimal reuse restrictions. This unrestricted dissemination of research holds significant value for authors, readers, and funders alike. The Turkish Journal of Diaspora Studies publishes articles under a Creative Commons Attribution-Non-Commercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license, making them openly accessible to all. The journal recognizes that explicit licensing is crucial to ensuring that user rights and copyright ownership are thoroughly established for effective open access.
All of our articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. This means that the author and any non-commercial organization can reuse the articles, provided that they follow the CC-BY-NC license. However, if the articles are to be used commercially, permission must first be obtained from the authors. The articles will clearly indicate the CC BY-NC license. You can access the electronic version of our journal's articles for free by visiting https://dergipark.org.tr/tr/pub/tjds/archive. A subscription is required for the print version of our journal. You can access the printed version at https://www.gavperspektif.com/dergi-abonelik
